For example, a $50 service with 3% fee is $51.50. To avoid the 3% cash and check are accepted.\n\nPNC and Citizens Bank are located in Wexford within a mile radius of the salon and there is also an on-site ATM for your convenience.\n\n## Gratuity\nWe accept gratuity in cash or check only. Many of our providers have venmo. Our front desk does not offer cash back on credit or debit card transactions. Please feel free to use our on-site ATM where we would be welcome to break any larger bills!\n\n## 24 Hour Cancellation Policy\nWe do require a credit card or gift certificate number to be on file to schedule all appointments.\n\nWe require cancellations (or reschedules) to be made at least 24 hours in advance for all services. For any packages we require at least a 48 hour notice. Cancellations within that period or no shows will result in a 50% charge of the services scheduled. If your credit card is not currently on file you will be required to pay the 50% cancellation fee prior to booking another appointment.\n\n## Tardiness\nIf you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will try to accommodate you any way we can. We cannot allow your service time to cut into that of a punctual client.\n\n## Product Returns\nIf you are unhappy with a product we offer exchanges or store credit onto an Above All Gift Certificate. We do not offer returns on products that have been used multiple times. All brush sales are final.\n\n## Parking\nOur parking lot is located around the back of the building.
